Performance Ranking – 8.7
U.S. News and World Report gives the 2010 VW Tiguan a performance rating of 8.7 out of 10, which is “Very Good” according to their system. This “GTI of SUVs” has a turbo-charged engine with a sporty hatchback so you get the performance you want without sacrificing practicality and cargo space. You will also appreciate the smooth ride offered by the new Tiguan, probably one of the smoothest rides that you will find in the compact SUV segment. Road and Track had this to say about the Tiguan’s ride: “While the other vehicles in the segment feel like SUVs, the VW is different; it is downright fun.”

Exterior – 7.5
U.S. News gives the exterior of the 2010 Tiguan a 7.5, or “Good” rating. It stands out from other compact SUVs in the segment with “crisp lines” and a “blingy” appearance, according to Left Lane News. According to Edmunds, the 2010 Tiguan draws from the larger Touareg SUV and the smaller Golf hatchback to get its unique appearance tha won’t be mistaken for any other vehicle.

The 2010 Tiguan has received excellent scores in crash tests, which is an “Excellent” rating accordig to U.S. News. The 2009 model was one of the top safety picks by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety with its features like Electronic Stabilization, Brake Assist, Electronic Brake Pressure Distribution and more. The 2010 Tiguan has just improved on those features to make the newer model just as safe if not safer than the 2008 Tiguan.

Overall, the 2010 Tiguan received an 8.5 rating from U.S. News and World Report. The rating is based on various publications and other reviews. The 2010 Panamera is the first four-door sedan offered by the German luxury automaker. These reviewers were invited to Germany to take the 2020 Panamera for one of its first runs and they did exactly what I would have done had I been so lucky. They zoomed across the Autobahn, careened through the Bavarian Alps and took leisurely drivers through the beautiful and serene Alpine villages and towns. During their excursion, they got the sports car up to 170 miles per hour. I don’t know about you, but that’s more than twice as fast as I have ever driven!

The S trim Panamera also comes with a rear spoiler which retracts until it is flush with the body once the vehicle gets above 55 miles per hour. At 100 mph, the wing angle goes up to 5 degrees and at 127 mph, the spoiler deflects to 14 degrees, its maximum.

Driving enthusiasts will find the Audi gives them plenty to love.
